Polycom VVX400 with Teams

Hello. My account was on SfB on Prem. I was moved to Teams Only mode (Hybrid). Is there any way I can still use my old Polycom VVX400?

I got my problem figured out. My problem was there was some old proxy config in my VVX . After I cleared that out my VVX400 registered with no problems. Anson2400

That is nothing you have to setup. When using a phone with the Skype for Business interface it will connect to Skype for Business Online 3PIP gateway and then forward connection to Teams. So that is handled by Microsoft, you just have to connect as normal.

Make sure that you are running the latest firmware.

msabat Did you even get this figured out. I'm having the same problem. I upgraded VVX400, set to SFB then used Web-Sign-in and phone just sits there trying to login and finally just times out. User has E3 license, phone system, and calling plan.

    Anson2400 I found another issue. I can't call 911 from my Polycom.
    
    Could You help me with that?

I think you have to check the log files for the VVX to see more information what is going wrong here.
