Issue: all my tasks and lists have disappeared suddenly
I use to-do on the web, but when I opened it all my tasks, completed and not-completed were gone. It was like I had never used it before with everything disappeared and empty. I really would like my stuff back, is there a way to get it back?

This issue has also recently happened to me! I've recently cleared my cache and now only tasks with a due date or assigned to My Day appear in the browser version of To Do. In the desktop app they all still seem to be there, but I'd much prefer to continue using the browser version. Is there a way to restore/resync them?

Mbintsuhayl I've encountered the same issue on Microsoft Edge for business.
Interestingly, I found that I could still access my tasks using a different browser (both Google Chrome and the normal Microsoft Edge work perfectly). This workaround might be helpful for you too.
It’s worth noting that I recently cleared my cache and cookies, which could potentially be the root cause of this problem.
