Microsoft To Do no longer allowing me to view or add notes

Hi all,

I am stuck. When I am in To Do, I can only add and complete tasks. I no longer have the option to click in and see or add notes or adjust titles. I have tried to dig around in settings, restarted my computer multiple times to no avail.
