Customizing text prompt for Remote Control Viewer

Hello community team,

 

we want to introduce Remote Control Viewer for the Helpdesk for user support. The requirement is to prompt the remote user with a customized text. Is it possible to customize the text for the request prompt by Remote Control Viewer?

    Trang_95 I'm afraid not. This text is hard-coded in the ConfigMgr Client language resource files. Of course it can be localized by installing additional client language packs.
