Surface Pro - Wi-fi setup before execute a provisioning package in welcome screen

Hi there,

we have a provisioning package (ppkg) created and this package is planned to install after first power-on in welcome screen (language selection) via USB Stick. Therefore we need the opportunity to setup a wi-fi network connection before we can execute this provisioning package, for example a MDM or domain join. Is that already possible? I know I can create a Wi-Fi profile in a package or run manually through the intial setup process, but thats not my destination. Other mobile operating systems like iOS or Android have this opportunity already, they ask for a network connection before to start the setup process.
