Have all types of duplicate drivers listed in device manager for the touch screen, can I delete?

I https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/surface/forum/all/surface-4-pro-screen-bulging-at-lower-left-edge/6f380425-0f9a-4279-b86a-be8d84baad38?page=29  my touch screen with cheap Samsung from eBay that flickered on my SP4.  I got a refund and put in an LG screen that was designed for SP5.  All seems to be working so far but I noticed the device manager shows twice as much stuff (in my opinion) as it should.  Is this potentially a problem?  I do not know which ones to delete.

[edit] I deleted all duplicates and to be sure I removed "all" not just the duplicate.  They all came back when I rebooted.
