autologin on surface hub?

hi, i have two surface hub with rooms accounts on it, the first after reboot is automatically logged in, the second not, i have to manually log in. the device is allocated to the account, so why doesn't work? can someone help?

    Hello agrieco,

     

    Is MFA enabled on the 2nd device account by any chance? Please note that resource accounts will need to be exempted from MFA.

    If this is not the case, I suggest raising a case with Surface Hub support to investigate the issue
