Students can not watch video
Good morning, I am an instructor and we have "class" every morning that is recorded. When my students try to watch the video at a later time they get "user token invalid" does anyone have any ideas...
Usually this happens if you open the link and let it sit for awhile and your security token expires. refreshing the browser usually will correct the issue?
