Stream Videos loaded on MS Team showing wrong date

Hi, Why my videos uploaded automatically from Stream on MS Team are showing the wrong dates? Secondly, All my MS Stream Videos are showing "general," not the actual name of the team. It is hard to organize videos when there is no team name.

Please help.
