Stream content admins - need to be able to see all videos

Hi, is it possible for Stream Admins to be able to see all videos and Groups within Stream without being added as a member of that Group?

I want to have our two video gurus be able to edit, trim and bookend videos and then upload them to Office 365 Groups that they aren't members of. Ideally they would be able to see all content in Stream and help organize it etc.

I don't want them to be part of the Office 365 Group though.
