Replacement video stuck at 0% processing

I have a video in Stream and went to replace it with a new video that contains updated training content. However, the replacement video is stuck at 0% processing. I do not want to delete the video an...

    Hello. Could you open a support ticket so that we can investigate the issue? Replace jobs that fail to process will time out after 48 hours, at which point you can try again. Thanks.
