MS Stream Broken URLs "&&" "&amp"

Hi,

When managing the settings of our MS Stream, we are trying to add a hyperlink to our company policy.
This website URL contains the "&" symbol, and whenever we create hyperlinks on MS Stream that contain this "&" symbol, they are changed to "&amp", which stops the links from working.

Is this a known bug in MS Stream, or is something wrong with our internal website?
