MS Stream API is available?

Hi, 

Is there a public API for Microsoft Stream? I am embedding a MS Stream video into my website. And I am looking for Stream API to control the iframe. Also, I read that MS Stream uses Azure services. Does that mean I can use Azure Media player API for MS Stream iframe?
