Microsoft streams Error

Help! Im a student and everytime I try to watch the missed class meeting recordings I Can't! it always says, "Your session has expired". I've already tried to log out and log back in but it doesn't work and it's very frustruating!! Also, in the transcript is always says, "Something went wrong and we’re not sure why"
