Automating the process of updating classic video embeds before the cut-off date of redirect

Hi everyone,

As we know Microsoft stream support for classic video embed redirects to new migrated location will work only until Feb 2025. After that all the embed code needs to be manually replaced with new location.

My question is has anyone worked towards automating the identifying those embed and url links and updating it with new location links so to avoid the manual intervention ?
