my software which depends on sql 2000 not working after updating windows 11 23h2

Thank you very much, my friend , for responding to my problem that is raising my concerns at the present time, and let me tell you the situation in detail below.
I am an accountant and have been using an accounting ERp System called (Muttamam) since it was installed on Windows XP I do the same thing To install it , which need first to install SQL 2000, then SQL (SP4), then Installing the Erp , and after the last update from Windows 11 21h2 to 22H2. Unfortunately, the program, when I click on the open icon, does not give any response or even a message to let me know or guide me to what happened? I tried, of course, to solve the problem by adding compatibility for older versions. Just like I used to do before, but to no solution . I even manually re-entered the Erp System (Mutammem) ODBC into ODBC32 and ODEBC64, to no avail. Unfortunately, the program is very old and there is no current support for it from its manufacturers please let me know. The matter may be related to sql certificates or there is a difference in the structure within Windows with versions 22H and 23H of Windows 11. by the way it was working on windows 11 21h , also my sql2000 currently working and i can open the enterprise manager on sql 2000 but the problem on lunching the Erp ( Mutammem ) , hope my poor explain let u know the case
