Help I cant install SQL Server in my PC (win 10 64bt)

After Uninstalling my SQL , i tried to reinstall it again but the problem is i can no longer install it, after clicking. 

sql server stand allone  installation , it will just pop up sql server set up after loading it will disappear nothing happened, please help me thanks.
