Weather Web Part OnPrem

We have recently installed and configured SharePoint 2019 On Premise. We have created a new communication site and our client asked to add a "widget" to display the weather. Thought, wow, no problem only to find that when I went to add the part it was not present. Thought, oh well, must be a feature that is not enabled. Looked at all the site and site collection features but nothing looked  to be an obvious candidate. So my question is quite simple, is the Weather web part available on premise or just in Office 365. If it is supposed to be available on premise am I missing an update to my on premise install.
