SPFx + Office UI Fabric + Multiselect DropDown

Hi All,

I want to implement multiselect dropdown functionality. I have specified the control and can show it on page. But facing issues while saving the selected values to SharePoint List Item and then retrieving the saved values to show to user on page.

I would appreciate if you help.
