Sharepoint list flow for approval after selection

I have a flow that is triggered "For a selected item" then I "Get file properties" "Compose" "Start an approval" and then based on a "Condition" and email is sent as well as an error message if the condition doesn't run. Right now, the flow somewhat works if name my 'Library Name' is "ID"; however, this runs into my list items not populating in the approval request that is sent out indicating that my list isn't completely populated into my flow.

  • I've tried pasting the URL for my sharepoint list and this runs into an error saying "List not found".
  • How can I fix this?

The second problem I am running into is that my attachments are not populating into the email when I do the above flow. Any suggestions and recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

    CCcommunications Can you show us how you have configured your flow (screenshots will help)?

     

    You can access SharePoint list from browser using URL in format: 

     

    https://contoso.sharepoint.com/sites/siteName/lists/listName

     

    If there was a space in list name when you created a list, URL will be like: 

     

    https://contoso.sharepoint.com/sites/siteName/lists/list%20Name
