Prepopulating a PeoplePicker (Requester) and making the field readonly

Hello All,

I am attempting to Prepopulate a People Picker (Requester) with the current logged on user initially and making the field read-only on a New SharePoint 2013 form using SPServices/JQuery . Any help appreciated.
