Open Version History popup by clicking on the link

Hi!
I want to open Version History popup (not new window) by clicking on the link insert on hyperlink column field for every file on the Sharepoint Online Library. 


Could you tell me please, how can I achieve this? Is it possible, OOTB or usnig ListView Command Set extension?
