Mobile development for sharepoint

Hi there, is there any hybrid application that can build for mobile application and allow connect to the sharepoint ? i heard about the powerapps, but is it the powerapp are limitation for the customization?

    You can use powerapps to connect to sharepoint and create a mobile app. But powerapps mobile functionality is still evolving and certainly has some limitations . What specific functionality and customization are you looking for in your mobile app?
