Create Button or Hotkeys for font color and type

Hello all

We use all the time 3 font colours and Head2 and Heaad3

Is there a way to create button for each colour easy to access. same for Head1 Head2 or Hotkeys for them

I m not a developer but if it needs a bit of coding i ll be happy to pay for this job
