Can we POST comments in SharePoint Modern Page on behalf of another user from code behind using API?

Hi,

Is it possible to post comments in sharepoint modern page on behalf of another user (i.e. I want to pass comment author while posting comment) from code behind?

I tried https://www.vrdmn.com/2017/07/working-with-page-comments-rest-api-in.html but here I cannot pass Author name
