SharePoint Online - Embed Power BI Reports
Hi SPO Team,
I have hundreds of power bi reports that I need to embed into the SharePoint online site. In Azure AD, four security groups have been created, so we can maintain the site access.
Do I need to create a hundred separate SharePoint pages to include those reports? Also, is it necessary to create four separate SPO Teams sites based on the security groups, or can it be done in a single SPO Teams site, so the O365 users can access those reports? Thanks.
- christinepaytonIron ContributorThe embed web part is meant to be for single reports, not to create navigation around hundreds. You might get more mileage out of linking to a Power BI app in a prominent location on the site. Power BI apps are meant to provide a navigation experience for all reports in a workspace - these even have target audience functionality for links.
- Lalit MohanIron ContributorHi, TahmidBari To embed Power BI reports in SharePoint Online, you can follow these steps: 1-Publish the Power BI report. 2-Get the embed code. 3-Add a SharePoint Online page. 4-Embed the Power BI report using the embed code. 5-Save and publish the SharePoint page. Remember to check your Power BI and SharePoint Online versions, and consider security requirements when embedding reports. Follow For More Information Lalit Mohan

- CaesarulCopper ContributorI have a similar dilemma. How do I display all the reports I have in a Workspace with my stakeholders on a SharePoint Communications Site, preferably automatically?
