SharePoint Online - Add-PnPJavaScriptBlock

We are trying to insert a block of JavaScript to a SharePoint Online site and it's inserting it in the middle of another JavaScript block.  This doesn't appear to be a common issue and the reason for asking.  We are inserting a <script scr=''></script> block.

We are currently using Add-PNPJavaScriptBlock command (latest version).
