Sharepoint menu bar hiding
hi,
I need to hide sharepointsite buttons(edit,share,new) navigation bar to be hidden from user. How can I do that?

you can hide command bar buttons with ViewFormatting, here are the syntax:

Not since a couple of of months ago. The New and New Link for instance cannot be hidden, renamed or moved to overflow anymore. I have raised a ticket with Microsoft but they don't want to take responsibility. They refer me to the forums.
