SharePoint 2010 online - have description field open in modal when hovering over Name

Hi Folks,

 

In a web part, is there a simple way to have the description (a column in the document library) open in a modal/popup window when you hover over Name?

 

I am working in SharePoint 2010 online and I am not a developer.

      I would appreciate knowing what coding. Are there links to examples?

       

      I have used both Content Editor and Script web part into add coding to pages, such as, javascript to get Promoted Links to wrap. I just don't have Site Collection administrator access to make global changes.
