Search Filter is showing Tags unique ID no the terms text name
Hello,
I've been running into issue with regard to a Vertical filter in sharepoint search. We currently have two filters set up (File Type Tag, And Department) both have been set up the same way and only one is showing the correct Term name while the other is showing the full unique ID. This might be just a simple fix by recreating a new column but I was wondering if anyone would have any suggestions on how to correct this issue?
- Both are mapped to a refinable string (RefinableString 10 [File type tag] & 11 [Department Name])

have you mapped the taxid department field to the RefinableString? You need to map the crawled property ows_Department, People:Department to the RefinableString.

Thank you for this info! I think we mapped the tax ID instead of the OWS crawled property to the refinable string like you said and it is now working.
