Question for using SharePoint

Regarding the using SharePoint, I have some questions.

1) According to what I've looked for, all permission levels for external user have download option. Is my understaing is right?
2) When sharing our resource room externally, is it possible to share documents in a format where only downloading is allowed, and printing is not permitted?

3) and if it is downloadable in the non-printable state, is there a function to download these files as zip files?
