Out Of Box news Webpart Filter and number of records to display on SharePoint 2019 on premises

Hi,   I am new to SharePoint on-premises 2019. Can I get any suggestion/advise how to configure the news Web Part with filter and number of news to display.   Thank you in advance

Unfortunately the News Web Part in SP 2019 is quite limited and the configuration options you haver are just the ones provided in the Web Part settings panel
