List of filters and 'Clear Filters' button shown in SharePoint List View below the list name

The only workaround I've found is to use the list web part to present a filtered view to the users within a page and hide the command bar as well as the "See all" button, since there will be no option of clearing the filters.
At the same time, the list itself and its views would still be accessible through the search. Thus, you would have to adjust the settings of the list to make it not appear in the search.
In order to do that, go to "List settings" -> "Advanced settings" -> "Allow items from this list to appear in search results?" -> "No"

- This way used to hide the "This view uses filters that you can view and edit here." message, but sometime recently (August 2024) it started displaying on views inside pages. Not sure what changed, it would be nice if we could enable/disable the option with a checkbox.
Now I can see filters-Clear filters panel is removed by Microsoft from list/library views.

Update: Seems like Microsoft started rolling back this feature change for now.
