Licensing Requirements for SharePoint Advanced Management

Please confirm Licensing Requirements for SharePoint Advanced Management?

I ask because I believe there is a scenario where if I have one user account in my M365 Tenant (say this one user account was treated like a service/admin account) and this same user account was subscribed to the Monthly Copilot subscription; it could also therefore subscribe to the SharePoint Advanced Management subscription too?

Afterwards, then this user account could do the SharePoint Advanced Management tasks.

Sincerely,

From my understanding, if you have at least one Copilot licensed user in your tenant then you get SharePoint Advanced Management (SAM) Copilot version (limited features). However, to use SAM via the SharePoint Admin Center you will need at least the SharePoint Administrator role.

Please be careful not to assign an actual SAM license to any users though as this will enable full SAM features and there will be a significant cost for your company. You get the limited features via Copilot license so no need to assign a SAM license to anyone.
