How to save data from a MS Form which includes branching to a List

I have an MS form that has branching on one question. There are 4 reviews, the user selects which review they are conducting and the MS form then goes to the relevant questions for the review that was selected. Can I have 4 different lists for the data to go to e.g. if users selects Review 1 the data is sent to a list called Review 1, If they select Review 2 the data goes to a list called Review 2 and so on. I know how to get data to lists but I have never done it based on branching within a form. What I want to achieve is when the form is submitted I can then create a PDF automatically (which I know how to do) with only the questions and answers from the selected Review. If you have a better solution then i am open to ideas. I will be using Power Automate. Hopefully this makes sense?

Yes this is no problem, you just need to use a Switch control in your flow from the Review question. You can then have up to 25 "cases": in case it's review 1 then do these actions, e.g. save to SP list 1,; in case it's review 2 then save to SP list 2 etc.

Thank you Rob_Elliott I will have a look at this - do you have or know where I can get an example to look at by any chance?
