Today, I found that I am now able add comment in Microsoft list for one of my list. However, I am finding some issues:

ganeshsanap I have just noticed a small error in the condition that prevents the icon from being hidden. $_CommentCount should be compared to empty string ('')
"=if([$_CommentCount] == '' , 'none' , 'block')"

Sorry for my bad English. I'd like to find a way to hilight a field when there is a NEW comment added. I presume this means that there should be a way to note the previous comment as read.
I'm very confused with this and would appreciate some advices.

Webguy06 Interesting use case!
But unfortunately, I don't think you will be able to achieve your requirements using SharePoint Online / Microsoft Lists out of the box commenting feature.
You will not be able to track who read the comments and who didn't (for individual user logins).
