TLS Deprecation Report

Hello Team!!

This query is regarding "TLSDeprecationReport" available under STP at https://servicetrust.microsoft.com/AdminPage/TlsDeprecationReport/Download

1. When it talks about agents; does it also include communication from on-premise servers of our organization to EOP using 3DES or TLS 1.0/1.1? (if no, then how can I verify  the 3DES traffic from our on-prem servers to EOP/O365? I need to verify if 3DES is being used at all by our servers while communicating to O365/EOP)

2. How frequently this report is refreshed?
