Central repository of Security Advisories for Azure services

Hi,
after this week's disclosed vulnerability associated to Kubernetes, and the corresponding Azure security advisory (https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/updates/aks-clusters-patched-for-kubernetes-vulnerability/), we were wondering if there's a central repository/mailing list which should be followed by our users to be up-to-date in relationship to security patching.
In the past we've been following https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/security-updates/securityadvisories/2018/securityadvisories2018 but we found curious that the AKS security advisory didn't appear there.

It would be really helpful to have a central Security Advisories repo for Azure services.
