Accessing Secure Score as a Security Administrator

Hi,

From what I have read, having any type of admin account, should allow a user to see the Secure Score. However I don’t have an option to access it, and the securescore.office.com website gives a 403 error stating that I am not an administrator.
I was appointed as Security administrator, seeing it didn't work, I was given a compliance administrator, but still no luck.

Any idea on what might be the cause of the problem? My boss’s account does seem to have Access to the score. So it would seem the problems is on my account rather tan the system.

Try any of the custom admin roles, for example, I tested a service admin account and that permitted access to Secure Score:

"Anyone who has admin permissions (global admin or a custom admin role) for an Office 365 Business Premium or Enterprise subscription can access the Secure Score at https://securescore.office.com. Users who aren’t assigned an admin role won't be able to access Secure Score."
