3rd party security scanning of Azure environment

Is there a recommended process needed for allowing 3rd party Security Scans (network Pen Test, Website vulnerability, etc.) of our Azure Environment?  Is it a support ticket providing source ip and date/time of test?  Do I even need to do this?  Any Assistance would be appreciated.
