Project 2016 freeze after using it for 15 minutes

Before working wired instead of wireless (that's what made the internet difference)
I updated BIOS with ASUS support >
Updated office + windows >
Uninstalled + Reinstalled Project because I wasn't sure it was 32 / 64 bit as my laptop is 64 bit >
My version is MSP 2016 and MS support advised me to check - "disable hardware graphics acceleration" - in project > file > options > advanced > display area. It's a feature in Office 2016 that it is better to disable for a better performances.

Maybe it would help ...

So if that's all that was done, it might not help in my case.
We have mutiple users encountering this freezing issue, with high cpu usage.

Strangely, opening a new instance of Project (while frozen) unfreezes the 1st instance.
We use that "trick" when needed but it is really not an acceptable long-term solution..

Let me know if you have any idea of how this could resolved or investigated.
(Not sure if I should open a separate discussion.. Our version is Desktop Microsoft® Project® Online MSO (Version 2208 Build 16.0.15601.20280) 32 bits in French.)

If I interpret gilia1's last response he/she is confirming that the internet speed/connection was weak (not "week"). Thus with the added overhead of having Zoom and/or Goggle meet active while using Project, it just "broke the action". So I assume gilia1's solution was to not have Zoom active while using Project.
