Planner portfolio not loading
Hi everyone,
I usually work in Microsoft Project for the Web, but have just discovered Microsoft Planner and the ability to create portfolios ... which seems pretty smart.
I have added a plan (Project for the Web) to the portfolio, but I don't get the option to add more. It's like Teams isn't loading the rest of my created plans (Project for the Web)
Has anyone experienced the same problem and possibly found a solution?
Best regards,
Lasse

Update:
After some time since I first saw the "Portfolio" button, the "Add plan" button has appeared by itself. This may be due to the rollout from Microsoft, which has affected some functions later. However, it seems strange that some primary functions are not displayed at the same time.
However, everything seems to work now.
Hello LASJOHO ,
I've not experienced this issue before but somethings worth checking:
- do you have at least a Project / Planner 3 license?
- does your org have Roadmap and Portfolio enabled in the m365 Admin center Org Settings?
This feature uses Power Automate behind the scenes, does your organisation have any policies that might block / not allow Power Automate?

Hi Paul Mather
Here is an update on your questions.
1) do you have at least a Project / Planner 3 license?
Answer: I have a Project Plan 3 License2) does your org have Roadmap and Portfolio enabled in the m365 Admin center Org Settings?
Answer: Yep it is enabled3) This feature uses Power Automate behind the scenes, does your organization have any policies that might block / not allow Power Automate?
Answer: No internal policiesAt the same time, I can tell you that Portfolio Plans are still not visible and I also do not have an "Add item row" in Portfolio Roadmap.
Qustion: Do you have an idea what is causing this?- BrianSmithPhotosIron Contributor
Hi LASJOHO do you not see the Add plan, or do you just not see any plans after selecting Add plan? If the latter, is there anything different about the plan you added and the others in Project for the web that you can't add? It should be bringing in all the plans you have access to, and I see plans from both my default and named environments. Maybe it is something to do with groups and permissions? Just to be clear, you add plans to the Roadmap here, then inside the Roadmap you can add items (tasks from the plans) to the row, which represents the plan.
