Need advise Project Server 2019 Architecture

Dear Experts
we are planning to migrate the project server from 2010 to 2019
existing 2010 archiecture is 2 web, 2 app and 2 DB servers and total size is appx 400 Gb (4 dbs)

The question, I need to design the architecture for project server 2019
How many web servers, app servers, DB servers, core and other hardware configurations with technical justification (need to show proof)
