Mein Lösungsansatz wäre:
1. Trigger: Jeden Montag um 7 Uhr morgens.
2. Aktion: SharePoint - Get items (Filter: Marketingabteilung, Status: Offen).
3. Aktion: Initialize variable (Array für Aufgaben).
4. Aktion: Apply to each (Zugewiesene Personen):
- Aktion: Filter Array (Aufgaben nach Zugewiesenem).
- Aktion: Create HTML Table (aus gefiltertem Array).
- Aktion: Outlook - Send an email (HTML-Table in E-Mail einfügen).
- When I get some free time I will try it!
