Mandatory attachment field based on check boxes ticked

Hi everyone,

Would like to make the Attachment field mandatory based on check boxes ticked.

No attachments required for Contact Number and Emergency Contact checkbox.

The rest has required attachments.

Submitter may check multiple checkboxes.

If they tick Contact Number and/or Emergency Contact - Attachment field is non-mandatory
