Index Match equivalent for updating item properties

I have 2 lists with some similar columns, what is the best way in Power Automate to update/add metadata from list B to the similar items in list A?

Basically an Index Match flow.  Everything I've tried or looked up ends up having a double "Apply to Each" then the matching isn't specific for the items that have the similar matched property.

Would this be better as a condition, using array variables, or both?  I am not sure how to use array variables in a matching situation.
