How to Use Flow to Automatically Apply Lookup Column Metadata

I have been trying to come up with a way to apply default metadata to a file added to a document library when that metadata is located in a "Lookup Column".

I am wondering if it is possible to use Flow to automatically apply lookup column metadata.

Can anyone help me with this? I have not found much when searching.
