Error Opening File - App Not Found

I created Sharepoint form for a sharepoint list in Power apps. I had to move the site to another location. Unfortunately, I realized the forms designed in power apps can't be moved. I removed the site from the old location. For the site in the new location, I am trying to redesing the forms in Power apps but getting the error "Error Opening File - App Not found". I have tried in another brower, incognito and also clearing cache.

How can I get rid of this error and redesign the form in Power Apps?

    Mmm...have you reset your list so it does not use PowerApps Forms anymore and allow you to omit that error? Then you can enable again the use of PowerApps and start customizing the list forms
