Adding a Comments Column to Approvals within Teams

Within Power Automate, I have created a "Start an approval when a file is added to Sharepoint" flow, and am using the "Approvals" app within Teams to keep a record of each approved or rejected item. This flow also allows the approver to add a comment to each approval/rejection. However, you have to click on each item to view the comment within the "Approvals" app. Is it possible to add a comments column so they can be viewed in the list?
