Infinite Planner Groups?
I want to start using Planner but my admin has turned off the ability to create new groups. They will object to changing that because Planner could create near-infinite groups for the various combinations of our 28,000 employees. How do other institutions handle this?
There's the option to use "rosters", a plan not associated with any group. Here's the relevant documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/planner/disable-roster-containers
